Develop and implement rehabilitation therapeutic treatment plans for home health and hospice patients. Coordinate with other home health staff to ensure an efficient integration of care and provide education to patients and their families.
Requires a Master's degree in speech pathology and a valid California license for speech therapy. Candidates must have at least 2 years of recent relevant experience and a valid driver's license with insurance.
EDUCATION Equivalent experience will be accepted in lieu of the required degree or diploma.
