Provide compassionate, hands-on support to residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility assistance
Ensure residents' safety and comfort while promoting dignity and independence
Monitor residents for changes in physical or cognitive condition, document care provided, and communicate effectively with nurses, family members, and other team members
Offer specialized support for individuals with Alzheimer’s or other forms of dementia, using patience and understanding to engage residents in activities that promote mental stimulation and emotional well-being
