Provide customized occupational therapy to patients in their homes to help them regain independence and perform daily activities. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary home health team to assess deficits, establish goals, and document patient progress.
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program with an active Maine license and CPR certification. Requires a minimum of one year of experience in occupational therapy, preferably within a home healthcare setting.
