Deliver exceptional clinical care, helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health Perform hygiene procedures including prophylaxis, scaling and root planing, debridement, fluoride, sealants, whitening, and localized antibiotic placement Conduct thorough assessments, including periodontal charting and screening for oral cancer and other conditions Take and interpret dental radiographs Educate patients on oral hygiene and preventative care in a way that is clear, supportive, and motivating Partner closely with the doctor to identify and communicate restorative needs Keep appointments running on time while maintaining a high standard of care and patient experience Support a clean, organized, and efficient clinical environment, including sterilization and equipment maintenance Collaborate with the full team to ensure a seamless and positive patient visit from start to finish Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your Manager Full-time Benefits We recognize that taking care of our team is just as important as taking care of our patients.
