Perform clinical echocardiograms including m-Mode, 2-D, and Doppler studies under supervision across various patient settings. Assist in the efficient operation of the cardiology department through documentation, quality improvement projects, and patient monitoring.
Requires a high school diploma and graduation from an approved Cardiac Sonography program. Must obtain RDCS or RCS certification within one to two years and hold a current BLS certification.
