• Physical Therapist - Warren, MI We are seeking a caring, energetic, positive professional to fulfill the role of Full Time Physical Therapist at our Warren, MI practice.

• Responsibilities for the Physical Therapist Diagnose and treat individuals with health-related conditions, illnesses or injuries that limit their ability to move and perform functional activities Evaluate and diagnose movement dysfunction and use interventions to treat patients.
• Identify and document goals as well as anticipated progress and plans for re-evaluation.
• Test and measure patient's strength, motor development and function Plan, prepare and carry out individually designed programs of physical treatment to maintain, improve or restore physical function.
