The Medical Assistant is responsible for preparing patients by reviewing medical histories, taking vitals, and assisting physicians during examinations and treatments. Additionally, they handle patient documentation in electronic records and perform administrative check-in and check-out duties.
Candidates must have completed a Medical Assistant course, with CMA or RMA certification preferred. Strong communication, organizational skills, and experience with Allscripts or medical office environments are desired.
