As a Pre-Licensed/Licensed Therapist, you will be dedicated to delivering exceptional outpatient client care in a collaborative setting.
We are seeking excellent therapist(s) with LGBTQIA+ expertise to work with our Family Tree Clinic partnership.
LynLake rents an office space at Family Tree, and we are looking for one or more providers interested in working from this location.
Being onsite at Family Tree allows unique opportunities for interdisciplinary/interagency work, networking, and referrals.
The office space is currently available and includes a window and an adjacent parking lot.
A Licensed Therapist with LynLake Centers for Wellbeing will be responsible for
Providing professional clinical services, including individual, couples, group, and/or family therapy Following company policies, professional conduct standards, and all applicable laws and regulations. Timely completion of medical records and associated tasks to support billing and administration. Conduct diagnostic assessments, monitor client progress, provide relevant education, and develop treatment plans. Make referrals to other health professionals and community members as needed. Attend internal and/or external continuing education courses to stay updated on best practices. Participate in credentialing processes, including CAQH. Exceptional clinical and boundary-setting skills along with expertise in therapy processes and treatment modalities. Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team productively and effectively.

Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology Licensed as one of the following: LPCC, LICSW, LP or LMFT in the state of Minnesota and in good standing with the Licensing Board Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience) 1099 Only: Ability to maintain adequate Professional Liability Insurance coverage. Pre-licensed Therapist Required Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral Degree from an accredited program in a counseling-related field, such as Social Work, Counseling, or Psychology. In a pre-licensed track receiving supervision for one of the following licensures: LPCC, LICSW or LMFT in the state of Minnesota. Minimum of one year of previous group practice experience (or related outpatient practice experience)
