The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care including assessment, diagnosis, and implementation of care plans in a fast-paced emergency environment. They are responsible for educating patients and families while collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure safety and quality care.
Candidates must have a Nursing Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing and obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation. A Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred, and no prior professional experience is required.

Role Purpose The Graduate Nurse provides direct patient care activities including assessment, diagnosis, planning implementation, and evaluation within the guidelines of the standards of nursing care after completing a nursing program and before licensure. Will be required to obtain licensure within 90 days of graduation from an accredited school of nursing to remain employed in a HSO in the state of Missouri.
