Performs routine and complex cellular therapy laboratory procedures, including high-complexity release testing assays. Responsible for troubleshooting equipment, initiating SOP revisions, and managing research projects according to institutional regulations.
Requires at least 1 year of work experience and a bachelor's degree in basic science or a related field. Must have the ability to operate various flow cytometers.
The CTL Associate II performs a variety of routine and specialized/complex cellular therapy laboratory procedures and projects. This position communicates effectively with management for any processing, cell-based assays or equipment issues, successfully troubleshoots basic processing, bioassays and equipment issues, initiates SOP revisions, assists in ordering of the supplies and maintaining inventories and performs cell-based release testing assays including high complexity assays such as Chromium release cytotoxicity assay and ELISpot.
Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree in basic science or related field desired. (Preferred)
Minimum Work Experience 1 year (Required)
Required Skills/Knowledge Ability to operate different flow cytometers.
