The Value of Working with Us 0.9 FTE Schedule: Three 12-hr shifts per week (7am-7pm) On-Call: Five shifts per month (7pm-7am) Additional call hours available Primary focus is on assisting on-call Trauma Surgeons in the OR, ICU and trauma bay Minimum 1 year of experience required OR 1st assist for a large variety of cases (General, Ortho, Urology, Vascular, Neuro) Level II trauma center Collegial and supportive culture Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $178,811 and $228,784 per year (Salary based on full-time) The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position.
In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer.
Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.

The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
