The RN is responsible for conducting systematic patient assessments and ensuring accurate documentation of diagnostic data and medical orders. They also manage admissions, transfers, and provide critical care during rapid response and code events.

Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) License BLS is required at hire. ACLS is required within 6 months of hire
