What You'll Do As an Emergency Department Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a dynamic emergency setting.

This role requires strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and the ability to remain calm under pressure while delivering compassionate care to patients of all ages.

You will: Provide direct and indirect professional nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting with strong clinical judgment and minimal supervision.

Perform rapid and accurate patient triage for all patients presented for emergency care Collect and evaluate assessment data, prioritize patient care, and implement appropriate interventions based on identified physical and psychosocial needs while supporting efficient patient flow throughout the system Monitor patient responses to treatments and interventions, evaluating effectiveness and adjusting care as needed Collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and Emergency Department physicians regarding patient status, clinical findings, diagnostic results, and patient flow.

Respond promptly and effectively to changes in patient condition, treatment responses, and evolving patient care needs within the department Support efficient patient flow throughout the department Accurately document all patient care and clinical findings This position offers the opportunity to work alongside a highly skilled emergency care team committed to excellence and community-focused healthcare.

Requirements

Requires a degree from an accredited School of Nursing and an active Montana RN license. BLS certification is required, with ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications expected within the first year of hire.
