Your role Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCSW)

Your day-to-day expectations Provide services via the Televero Telehealth platform, both live and offline Maintain a high quality of care consistent with the practice’s goals When not treating patients, assisting with, but not limited to, developing our behavioral health practice to include protocol development, training, and engaging in clinical behavioral health discussions with prospective clients Take notes and assign billing codes within the EMR, including no-shows Closeout documentation within twenty-four hours of the patient encounter Review and interpret any patient assessments that we use in the practice Attend monthly peer, supervisory, and educational meetings

Your workday This position is 100% virtual. We are open from 8

• 00 am to 8:00 pm CST, Monday through Sunday. This position is full-time at 40 hours per week. We will work with you to ensure a flexible schedule. We will ask you to include availability in your schedule for two evenings (5:00
• PM-8:00 PM) or one weekend day. This role reports to Televero's Director of Counseling.

• Experience to thrive Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work or related field.
• Completion of CSWE-accredited Master of Social Work or Counseling program.
• Active LPC or LCSW License in Texas Minimum 2 years' experience.
• Two or more years of Telehealth experience.
• Two or more years of Outpatient experience.
• Certifications in one or more of the following areas preferred: CBT-I, CBT-Autism, CPT, PET, ERP, DBT, CBT for Eating Disorders, ABA, Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy

• Reliable internet connection and confident navigating technology – including Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and Teams).
