Market context
Wisconsin employers commonly look for surgical technologists with accredited training, current BLS certification, and, for stronger candidates, prior OR experience and NBSTSA certification. This role can be competitive because operating room teams need reliable, detail-oriented support and often prefer applicants who can step into fast-paced surgical settings with minimal onboarding. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here, then confirm your certification status and tailor your application to any OR experience you have.
