The Behavioral Health Consultant provides direct patient care through assessments, therapeutic interventions, and collateral consultation within a primary care setting. They collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to manage urgent behavioral health needs and support health behavior changes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in a mental health field and be licensed as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in Indiana. A minimum of 2 years of experience providing mental health treatment is required.
