Provide and coordinate clinically competent care for patients undergoing hemodialysis, including assessment, planning, and intervention. Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to manage patient outcomes and provide essential education to patients and their families.
Requires a graduate degree from an accredited School of Nursing with current state licensure and CPR BLS certification. This is an entry-level role for RNs with less than 2 years of nephrology experience, though dialysis experience is preferred.
