The Registered Nurse serves as the primary point of contact for hospice patients, delivering personalized nursing care and managing individualized plans of care in home or facility settings. They collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide physical, emotional, and spiritual support to patients and their families.
Candidates must hold an active RN license, CPR certification, a valid driver's license, and have at least one year of experience in hospice, home health, or related acute care fields. A compassionate, patient-centered approach and the ability to work in diverse residential settings are essential.
