Pharmacist - Oncology/Hematology Infusion Center

• The oncology infusion pharmacist is responsible for drug distribution, drug therapy monitoring, patient education, chemotherapy order processing, product verification, precepting learners/residents, participating in research projects, leading and participating in quality improvement initiatives, and providing integrated care and medication therapy management services to patients receiving treatment.
• This individual will also conduct comprehensive patient clinical reviews, assist with clinical consults, and support the medication use process for patients on investigational therapies/cancer clinical trials.
• This individual will develop and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy staff, medical oncology staff, and Mayo Clinic staff and patients.
• This position will be based in Rochester.
