Medical Assistant/Receptionist, Mt. Orab

HSO has been a breath of fresh air since the moment I arrived.

I have never worked for an organization that values their employees so much!

Instead of feeling replaceable, and like you are never "doing enough", I am thanked for my work often.

Staff is very familiar with "upper management" and they usually know us all by name!

I never dread coming to work and am proud to work for an organization that values their staff as much as their patients!

Market context

Ohio dental roles remain competitive

In Ohio, dental roles are typically competitive because practices look for licensed clinicians who can combine strong patient communication with a professional, team-oriented presence. Candidates with the required degree, state licensure, and eligibility for DEA/BNDD credentials may stand out, especially when they can show readiness to work in a busy clinical setting. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm licensure and credentialing details before applying.
