Perform testing for infectious agents and newborn screening to support disease detection, surveillance, and prevention for the State of Montana. Provide technical consultation to public health and clinical partners regarding test methodologies and result interpretation.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in clinical lab science or a comparable science discipline and a current Montana State CLS License or eligibility. Must have one year of experience in a CLIA approved clinical laboratory performing high complexity testing and a nationally recognized registry certification.

This position may be eligible for a statutory $1.00 an hour base pay increase effective July 1, 2026.
