Market context
Progressive care and telemetry roles in Virginia are often in steady demand because hospitals need nurses who can monitor changing patient conditions and coordinate closely with interdisciplinary teams. This part-time day shift may be competitive because employers typically look for an active Virginia RN license, at least one year of experience, BLS certification, and strong critical thinking and communication skills; BSN or ADN preference can also matter. Review the AI-summarized requirements and benefits here to save time, then confirm your license status and recent telemetry experience before applying.
