• 6AM - 630PM / 6PM - 630AM Valley View is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to deliver high-quality nursing care while guiding Nursing Assistants and supporting a safe, resident-centered environment. In this essential role, you will help ensure residents receive individualized, compassionate care while maintaining compliance with clinical standards and regulatory requirements. What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care and oversee daily care delivered by Nursing Assistants Supervise nursing assistant activities in accordance with state regulations and facility guidelines Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans Participate in admissions, discharges, and transfers as needed Complete clinical documentation, medication administration, and incident reporting accurately and timely What You Bring Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Graduate of an accredited nursing program or approved LPN/LVN program Current, active, and unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English with strong communication skills Commitment to supporting the mission and values of Valley View

Preferred Qualifications
