The Physical Therapist will screen, evaluate, re-evaluate, discharge plan, and make revisions in any established plan of care as supervised by the physician. The role involves working directly with residents to make a positive impact on their lives.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's, Master’s, or Doctorate in physical therapy from an accredited program and an active state license. Excellent organizational, communication skills, and the ability to supervise Physical Therapy Assistants are also required.
FNP needed for 6 month, FT coverage
