Riverdale Acute is Hiring an Experienced Full-Time MDS Coordinator - RN Preferred!
Schedule: Full-Time Monday-Friday with on-call rotation schedule At Riverdale Post Acute, we take pride in working together to provide patient-centered care to our residents.
We are looking to expand our team to allow for the highest level of care for our residents.
You would be joining a team of professionals committed to improving the lives of those they serve and those they work with.
What to Expect: Collects MDS documents within mandated, established and expected time frames.
Compares data entered against the original MDS document; makes corrections as needed.
Files the MDS documents in residents' charts.
Maintains confidentiality of all patient care information.
