✅ What You Bring

• ✔ Valid PA CHHA Certification – required by law to provide hands-on care. ✔ Completion of PA state-approved training program:
• 60 hours of classroom instruction
• 16 hours supervised clinical practice ✔ Criminal background check clearance (mandatory for certification). ✔ High School Diploma or GED (preferred). ✔ Strong communication, reliability, and compassion. ✔ Physical ability to safely perform transfers and caregiving duties. ✔ CPR/First Aid Certification (preferred, not required). ✔ Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred for client travel).
