The Physical Therapist will evaluate, treat, and educate patients across the lifespan following medically prescribed programs to restore function and improve independence. Responsibilities include developing personalized therapy plans, collaborating with the care team, and maintaining accurate documentation.
Applicants must be a graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a B.S. or M.S. and possess an active New York State Physical Therapist license or eligibility. New graduates are explicitly encouraged to apply for this role.

Vassar Brothers Medical Center is seeking a dedicated Per Diem Physical Therapist (PT) to join our weekend rehabilitation team. In this role, you will evaluate, treat, and educate patients across the lifespan — including neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric populations. You will follow medically prescribed physical therapy programs to help patients recover from injury, illness, or surgery, and achieve their highest level of independence and function. As a valued member of our Physical Therapy Department, you’ll provide compassionate, evidence-based care that makes a meaningful difference in patients’ lives.
