Candidates must have a high school diploma, graduation from an accredited MA program, and a current BLS certification. A valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card is required, and bilingual Spanish skills are preferred.

Medical Assistant Career Levels Medical Assistant I: Entry-level to 1 year of experience Medical Assistant II: 1–3 years of experience Medical Assistant III: 3+ years of experience Employees who obtain certification (CCMA, CMA, RMA, etc.) are eligible for additional hourly pay incentives. Compensation $20.00 - $26.00 per hour Up to an additional $2.00/hour for certified MAs
Must be 18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or current MA certification Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Ability to complete credentialing and privileging requirements Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) preferred Ability to provide culturally sensitive care Must obtain or possess a valid Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card Preferred Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply Experience in primary care, pediatrics, or behavioral health settings Experience working in community health or integrated care environments
