Administer medications safely and assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and mobility. Monitor resident conditions and maintain thorough documentation in alignment with individualized care plans.
Requires a current LPN license or professional experience as a Med Tech. Previous experience in senior living or long-term care settings is preferred.
Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Administer medications accurately and safely, following all regulatory guidelines and community policies. Provide care in alignment with each resident’s individualized care plan, documenting care and outcomes. Monitor and report changes in resident condition promptly to the Director of Nursing or Administrator, including family concerns or complaints. Maintain a safe, welcoming, and homelike environment while addressing physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs. Engage with residents in ways that promote independence, dignity, and meaningful daily experiences. Complete documentation thoroughly and on time, including charts, reports, logs, and records. LPN Qualifications Current LPN license Previous experience in senior living, long-term care, or a similar healthcare setting preferred. Strong attention to detail with excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
