Responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and care of residents with breathing disorders under physician direction. This includes operating respiratory care equipment and monitoring physiological responses to therapy.
Requires 2-4 years of direct respiratory therapy experience and a current state license. Candidates must hold valid CPR/BLS certifications and have knowledge of long-term care laws and regulations.

As a Respiratory Therapist (RRT or CRT), you will be responsible for the evaluation, treatment, and care of residents with breathing disorders. Under the direction of a physician, you will set up and operate various types of respiratory care equipment to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory diseases, while carefully monitoring each resident’s physiological responses to therapy.
