The role involves coordinating medical appointments and maintaining accurate health records for individuals with developmental disabilities. Additionally, the position provides direct support, medication monitoring, and transportation as needed.
A high school diploma or GED and a valid driver's license are required. Candidates should possess strong organizational skills and be able to obtain certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Medication Administration.
Schedule and track medical appointments Accompany individuals to routine and emergency appointments Maintain accurate medical records and documentation Communicate with physicians, pharmacies, and care teams Monitor medications and assist with quality checks Provide direct support and transportation as needed Support daily operations and ensure compliance Obtain and maintain CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration Certification, and other required trainings
