Position Overview The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or provider. This role is essential in ensuring safe, compassionate, and high-quality care during overnight hours.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensure: Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license Skills: Strong clinical, communication, and organizational abilities Ability to work effectively during overnight shifts Core Competencies Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care Attention to detail and strong observational skills Dependability and accountability Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Professionalism in all aspects of patient care Employment Requirements Compliance with all hospital policies, including vaccination requirements (approved exemptions considered) Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (post-offer)
