Position Overview The Registered Nurse (RN) in the Medical/Surgical Unit provides direct, patient-centered care during night shift hours. This role focuses on delivering high-quality clinical care, supporting patient recovery, and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

Licensure: Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) certification – required Core Competencies Strong clinical judgment and critical thinking skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care Ability to perform effectively in a night shift environment Professionalism and accountability Employment Requirements Compliance with all hospital policies, including vaccination requirements (approved exemptions considered) Successful completion of a criminal background check and pre-employment drug screening (post-offer)
