The CNA provides compassionate direct care to residents by assisting with daily living activities and monitoring health status. They are responsible for recording vital signs and collaborating with the nursing team to ensure member safety and dignity.
Candidates must hold a valid CNA certification, a high school diploma, and BLS or CPR certification. Previous experience in long-term care and familiarity with EHR systems are preferred.
