Evaluate individuals referred for speech pathology services to establish diagnoses and treatment plans. Collaborate with other care providers and re-assess the ongoing effects of treatment on patients.
Bachelor's Degree in Speech Language Pathology or higher. Completed clinical fellowship year of schooling. Current Speech Language Pathologist WI License. Current BLS (CPR) certification or ability to obtain upon hire. Previous speech language pathology experience preferred.
