Board-certified or board-eligible in Family Medicine. Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain). Strong commitment to providing patient-centered care within a team-based setting. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care and optimal patient outcomes. Participate in clinic meetings, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and stay informed about the latest medical advancements.
