Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine with an active or obtainable Wisconsin medical license. A strong commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work in a team-based outpatient setting is required.

Role & Responsibilities: Provide primary care services for Family Medicine patients, from routine check-ups and preventive care to complex diagnoses and management of chronic conditions. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care and optimal patient outcomes. Participate in clinic meetings, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and stay informed about the latest medical advancements.
