  • Responsibilities: Provide primary care services for Internal Medicine patients, from routine check-ups and preventive care to complex diagnoses and management of chronic conditions. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with patients and families, offering continuity of care and supporting their overall health journey. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the highest standard of care and optimal patient outcomes. Participate in clinic meetings, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and stay informed about the latest medical advancements.

Qualifications

Board-certified or board-eligible in Internal Medicine. Active Wisconsin medical license (or ability to obtain). Strong commitment to providing patient-centered care within a team-based setting.
