$85,090 - $147,220 / YEAR
Evaluates and treats patients with disabilities or injuries using physical, chemical, and mechanical means based on physician prescriptions. Maintains comprehensive medical records and collaborates with inter-disciplinary staff to manage patient welfare.
Requires a Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy and a current license to practice in New York State. Candidates should have 0-3 years of relevant experience and any necessary specialized certifications.
Evaluates and treats patients with disabilities, injuries, and/or diseases using physical, chemical and mechanical means in accordance with the written and signed prescription and/or referral of a state licensed physician or authorized practitioner. Maintains complete medical records for each patient.
