Provide paraprofessional services to home care clients as developed by the primary nurse and prescribed by the physician. Ensure all care is delivered in compliance with the state's Nurse Practice Act and hospice aide regulations.
Must hold a valid CNA certification in the State of Michigan and a high school diploma or GED. Requires a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and preferably experience in hospice or palliative care.
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the State of Michigan Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license. Compassionate, patient-focused, and able to provide emotional support to patients and families.
