About the role

The Physical Therapist will perform evaluations and establish individualized plans of care for patients. They will also provide clinical oversight and supervision for Physical Therapist Assistants to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Synergy Physical Therapy & Wellness is seeking a part-time Physical Therapist to support our established outpatient team through evaluations, plan-of-care oversight, and PTA supervision.

This is an ideal opportunity for a PT who wants meaningful clinical work without the demands of a traditional full-time outpatient schedule.

If you currently work in home health, PRN care, or another flexible setting, this role offers the ability to add consistent hours in one supportive clinic environment, without spending your day driving from visit to visit.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do Complete physical therapy evaluations and establish individualized plans of care Provide clinical oversight and supervision for PTA-delivered treatment Collaborate with PTAs and clinic leadership to ensure excellent patient outcomes Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Support a smooth, high-quality patient experience Document care clearly and timely Serve as a trusted clinical resource within the clinic Ideal For A PT Who Wants Supplemental income at a strong hourly or per-visit equivalent rate Consistent part-time hours without committing to full-time employment A clinic-based alternative to adding more home health visits Less travel, more team support, and a steady patient care environment A role where their PT license and clinical expertise are truly valued

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring Active or eligible Physical Therapist license in Ohio Strong clinical judgment and confidence developing plans of care Ability to collaborate effectively with PTAs and clinic team members Commitment to quality patient care and professional communication Interest in outpatient orthopedic, wellness, or specialty care Women’s health or pelvic health experience is a plus, but not required If you are a Physical Therapist looking for a flexible, high-value part-time opportunity with a supportive outpatient team, we would love to connect. Requirements

Candidates must hold an active or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of Ohio. Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics, wellness, or pelvic health is preferred.
