Essential job requirements

1. Licensed in the State of California as a Clinical Social Worker, Marriage Family Child Therapist OR, 2.

Unlicensed

A Master’s degree in behavioral science with current intern registration (M.F.T.or L.C.S.W.). 3. Demonstrated skills in clinical mental health services with individuals, families, and groups. 4. Knowledge of mental illness and effective treatment approaches to mental disorders. 5. Must have strong oral and written communication skills. 6. Intermediate computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint, Office 365, etc. 7. Ability to operate communication/meeting platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom and other platforms. 8. Ability to operate within Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system. 9. Possess a valid driver’s license and have access to a dependable means of transportation that is properly insured and operated in accordance with all laws. Agency insurer authorization is required. 10. Ability to pass a pre-employment criminal background check. 11. Ability to pass a pre-employment physical, drug screen, general physical, and TB test. 12. Must maintain good relationships with consumers, co-workers, government and civic representatives, as well as community members within whom the Agency is transacting business, and relate to them in a professional manner. 13. Must be available by cell phone as needed.

Essential job requirements for bilingual skill

• Communicate effectively in written and spoken Spanish.
• 2.
• Required ability to communicate effectively with monolingual Spanish speaking clients and families for all clinical purposes.
• 3.
• Assist with phone calls for Spanish clients.
• 4.
• Required to provide language translations for case managers and Physicians on a periodic basis.
• 5.
• Other translation tasks as required.

• Bilingual/Masters: Class 182 ($73,741.71 - $97,039.07/annually)
• Monolingual/Licensed: Class 187 ($77,503.28 - $101,989.04/annually)
• Bilingual/Licensed: Class 192 ($81,456.72 - $107,191.48/annually)
