The Graduate Nurse provides quality care to residents by assessing conditions, administering medications, and implementing individual care plans under RN supervision. They are also responsible for monitoring aides, documenting resident changes, and coordinating with physicians and family members.
Candidates must have completed an RN program at an accredited vocational school or college and be working toward a Texas Registered Nurse license. Experience in a skilled nursing facility is preferred.
