Provide skilled physical therapy to patients with various diagnoses and disabilities under the supervision of a physical therapist. Focus on achieving maximum patient independence based on their functional level and specific physical or age-related needs.
Requires an Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and a valid Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License. Candidates must also hold a National Provider BLS certification from the American Heart Association upon hire.
$3,000 hiring bonus for eligible external candidates that meet required qualifications and conditions for payment.
Schedule: M-F, Day Shift, with no weekend requirement
Location: Milwaukie, Happy Valley, Clackamas and Gladstone

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
