7/1/26 Compensation: $45/hr, $1080/week (guaranteed) Employment Type: Part Time Employment Location: Traveling as Needed to Conduct In-Home Visits Key Responsibilities Complete required onboarding and credentialing needs Participate in ongoing training & development programming as needed Conduct in-home assessments and functional evaluations Deliver personalized, evidence-based recommendations for home modifications Educate clients and caregivers on fall prevention and safe mobility techniques Engage clients and families in collaborative care planning Maintain accurate and timely documentation through our electronic system Support in ad hoc clinical initiatives
Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program 2+ years of clinical experience Experience in home health, aging in place, or disability services preferred Strong interpersonal and clinical reasoning skills Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license Proficiency with technology and digital documentation Ability to work independently while collaborating with a remote team More About Compensation Guaranteed pay, paid every two weeks Travel is paid for via RampTravel; budgets for airfare, hotel, food stipend, etc are all set within the software to minimize and burden on the OT Any travel via OT’s own automobile is reimbursed at $0.70/mile
