About the role

Perform cardiac stress testing and conduct patient triage while collaborating with cardiologists to coordinate care. Maintain accurate electronic medical records and provide essential education to patients and their families regarding cardiac conditions.

We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse to join our growing team in a busy private cardiology practice located in Mercer County, New Jersey.

This position offers a collaborative environment focused on delivering exceptional cardiovascular care to a diverse patient population.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday
  • Hours may vary between 8:00 AM–4:00
  • PM or 8:30 AM–4:30 PM Includes a paid 30-minute lunch break

Benefits: Include: 3 weeks paid vacation 5 additional sick/personal 3 CME days plus CME reimbursement/compensation

Responsibilities

Perform and monitor cardiac stress testing (training provided) Conduct patient triage, obtain medical histories, and assess patient concerns Collaborate closely with cardiologists and advanced practice providers to coordinate patient care Maintain accurate and timely electronic medical record documentation Provide patient and family education regarding cardiac conditions, medications, testing, and treatment plans Deliver compassionate support while ensuring high-quality patient-centered care

Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required Telemetry experience required Critical care and/or anticoagulation (warfarin) management experience preferred Proficiency with electronic medical records and clinical documentation required Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and organizational skills Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced cardiology practice environment

Requirements
