Provide comprehensive primary clinical care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, and management of both urgent and chronic conditions for patients of all ages. Responsibilities also include interpreting diagnostic tests, prescribing medications, and providing guidance to mid-level practitioners.
Candidates must possess a Medical Degree and a valid Oregon Medical License. Board certification and extensive experience in an integrated healthcare setting are preferred.
Adapt Integrated Health Care is looking for an experienced Physician to join their Primary Care team! Normal schedule is 4 days a week, 10 hours a day.
Our Physicians promote a strong belief in Adapt’s philosophy, purpose, and ideals. You will perform essential duties and responsibilities of a Primary Care Physician providing quality care to patients of all ages. Obtain health history and perform exam to determine and execute a diagnosis and treatment plan.
