As a Polysomnographic Technician, you’ll work alongside physicians and clinical specialists to deliver high-quality sleep diagnostics and overnight care for patients experiencing sleep-related disorders.

What You’ll Do Under the supervision of a licensed physician, you will: Conduct overnight polysomnographic (sleep) studies with precision and attention to detail Monitor and collect high-quality, artifact-free diagnostic data Analyze sleep study results to support accurate diagnosis and treatment planning Adjust and manage respiratory support devices for patients with suspected sleep-related breathing disorders Provide compassionate patient care and education throughout overnight testing Collaborate with physicians and clinical teams to ensure exceptional outcomes Perform EEGs in conjunction with sleep studies when needed What We’re Looking For Education & Experience 1–3 years of sleep lab and/or respiratory therapy or a related field clinical experience preferred Training or experience in sleep laboratory technology, respiratory therapy, or a related healthcare discipline Certifications CPR certification required ACLS preferred RPSGT credential required, or candidates must be actively enrolled in or have successfully completed one of the following approved pathways: A-STEP Online Self-Study Modules CAAHEP-accredited Sleep Technology program Electro neurodiagnostic (END) Program Respiratory Therapy add-on track for Sleep Technology Why Join Our Team?
