Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities: Physician-led, patient centered team-based environment Physicians will practice in a physician-led, patient-centered, team-based care environment.

Care is delivered across the continuum with a focus on value-based medicine and strong specialty support.

Behavioral health providers are fully integrated into the primary care teams to support whole-person care.

Providers benefit from fewer patients per day and longer appointment times, allowing for meaningful patient interactions.

The practice utilizes a state-of-the-art, award-winning EPIC EMR and DAX AI ambient scribe technology systems designed to enhance efficiency and quality of care.

Required Qualifications: Board Certified in Internal Medicine Unlimited Licensure in the state of Massachusetts Active DEA License

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working within a Team Care model Fluency in EMR systems & technology EPIC experience a plus The salary range for this role is $238,500 to $392,500 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Requirements

Candidates must be Board Certified in Internal Medicine with an active DEA license and unlimited licensure in Massachusetts. Experience with team care models and Epic EMR is preferred.
