Support physical health assessments for military personnel by reviewing medical records and conducting interviews. Document results in a proprietary system to determine readiness classifications for various military reserve branches.
Requires an Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing and a minimum of 2 years of recent clinical experience. Must hold an unrestricted state nursing license and current CPR and BLS certifications.
Support Physical Health Assessments of military personnel. Review health history, service member medical records, and medical questionnaires. Interview military personnel to determine current and prior medical concerns. Identify any concerns that need to be addressed immediately, inclusive of Behavioral Health. Document interview results for readiness classification in the service member’s medical record using the proprietary system.
Completion of an Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited registered nursing program.
Possess a minimum of CPR and BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
